In Pursuit of Excellence
Say goodbye to 2004 and try to date all your new documents 2005. Last year was one of significant improvement for us - here is the short list:
• Several new, highly qualified and motivated members joined our team, and are already making a significant positive impact on our operations.
• Installation of a new Hewlett Packard RP 3440 server that drives our collection software completed in late December.
• New LCD flat panel thin clients for the staff who had been working on older monochrome terminals.
• Purchase of several new software modules putting more capabilities in our own hands to better serve you, our valued clients.
• Facility improvements, both interior and exterior, reflecting our philosophy that achieving excellence requires an all-encompassing commitment.
• Technical training and education at all levels to stay on top of industry, technology, management and compliance practices.
These enhancements come at a significant expense, but without the best available tools and a positive environment we cannot realize our potential. Success is a collective achievement, not an individual one. Of course, none of the above would be possible without the loyal, dedicated and highly valued clients we are so to be blessed to have. Thank you so very much for your patronage of our company.
May God bless you in the coming year and I hope you achieve your personal pursuit of excellence.

It's a BOY!
On December 3, 2004 at about 10:30 a.m., our cashier Halina was very hard at work bringing a beautiful baby boy into this world. His name is Maksym Ostrokolowicz. He weighed in at 7 lbs., 12 oz. and was 20 inches long.
We wish Halina and Maksym a lifetime of laughter, love and wonderful memories to always be treasured. |
