Do Something!
Even If It's Wrong

This is one of my new favorite sayings. I think it came to mind during one of those situations or meetings when cerebral paralysis had set in and no one wanted to suggest a solution, even though the need for action was obvious.

The fear of being wrong or singled out for making a mistake is certainly in the forefront of ones mind when offering an idea. But I say- Get over it, take a chance and offer some wild and outlandish idea, especially if you don't have a clue.

Forget the possibility that with these wild and outlandish suggestions, you may find yourself in the company rest room with a tamper-proof plastic jar and someone to "monitor" the activity. Never mind the ghastly looks on your coworker's faces after their brain processes your utterance. After all, there is a very thin line between brilliance and insanity. Who knows, they may think you are the next John Nash!

Don't be scared to fail, as it simply puts you one step closer to success. Some of the best ideas resulted from what was first thought of as failure. A chemist working for the 3M company had the task of developing a glue that was shelved as not sticky enough. That glue was later used to perfection in one of that company's most successful products that I would bet you have in your desk this very moment. The product, "Post It Notes".

Want to get ahead, either at the office or home, in 2002? Do something significant; tackle a job that no one else wants to do, make your presence known for something other than not replacing the toilet paper roll. Do something big, even if it's wrong! Why? Because nothing could be more right.

Collector Corner

Cover sheets are essential to our work flow. By completely filling out the form and attaching it to your accounts, you help us identify where the accounts have come from and what service you desire.

Remember to review the left hand corner of the cover sheet to make sure you are providing the correct information.

When analyzing our statements, please be careful to check the dark blue box which states, "PLEASE REMIT TO US", to discover if you owe us a fee. The box that states "TOTAL DUE US" includes monies we might have already taken, so using that box could result in over payment.

It is important to report any payments you receive as soon as possible so that we will cease our pursuit of the customer and the credit file will be marked paid.
