Update on the Poker Player of the week!

We are 4 weeks into our poker contest and the effort has been fantastic. There has been an immediate response to the challenge and an air of excitement stirs in the collections department. We have five collectors that have “anted” up and earned cards for the final hand. If you recall, they can earn up to 2 playing cards per week for the best performance in the following categories: Most dollars collected , most payments in full , greatest percentage of production and highest single payment. At the end of each week the winners in each category will receive 2 cards. At the end of 6 weeks, the best poker hand wins. Here's wishing the collectors many successful calls as the more we collect, the bigger our clients check!

Experience the Difference!

In 2003 and 2004 we have been working harder than ever before to produce industry-leading recoveries. This achievement, which has come to be known as 'The Credit Bureau difference', is not easily attained and certainly is done so at a significant expense. Over the past month we have provided you with our 'report card', the annual letter that includes statistical analysis of our performance. As you take an opportunity to review how we're doing you should take special note of some recent enhancements we've made to help us continue to improve upon our collection process. Credit Bureau owner Bob Barden, has invested a considerably larger amount this past year to increase our collection efficiencies.

In the spring of 2003 our facility added the latest in telephone switch technology with the purchase of our new dialer the GC-MVP-600 (Guaranteed Contacts Multi-Vendor Protocol). We now have telephony architecture that includes virtual attendant interfacing with screen-pops from inbound callers. This digital switch provides our collectors with the most advanced environment available today. Certainly we are excited with the immediate results our collectors have experienced on inbound and outbound call.

In addition, this fall our offices in Jackson and Adrian merged to our Ann Arbor facility. Having the staff and our systems under one roof has made it possible for us to accomplish much more through greater competence and centralized management control. Our entire Credit Bureau team looks forward with excitement to the opportunity to refine and continue to enhance our collection products and provide greater customer satisfaction.

Our thanks and appreciation go out to you, our clients, and also to all the Credit Bureau team who focus day in and day out to provide you with the performance and service you deserve. Together we look forward to the challenges and rewards this year and the years to come will greet us with. It?s a comfort to know we face them together. Send us your accounts receivable today and we are confident we will show you results that you have come to know as the Credit Bureau difference!
