Consolidation Plan
Changing times call for changing strategies and that is what our company
has been preparing for. Our Jackson office will be consolidating with
our corporate office in Ann Arbor effective October 1, 2003. The Adrian
office will do the same effective November 1, 2003. Both our collection
and mortgage credit reporting staffs will be under one roof in Ann Arbor.
Our goals are to better utilize our talented personnel and our new predictive
dialing technology while significantly reducing the operating expense
associated with multiple offices.
Other than the absence of a local office, there will not be much of a
noticeable change to you and your staff. Our commitment to continuous
improvement, timely and accurate answers to your questions, and the results
you have come to expect will continue. Our experience a few years ago
when we consolidated our Howell and Southfield offices was that the change
was made smoothly and without incident. We expect this change to be no
different.
Certainly, there will be challenges and minor difficulties, but nothing
that should significantly affect you, our clients. We thank you in advance
for your understanding, patience and support. Please feel welcome to contact
me with any concerns you may have.
As always, we greatly appreciate your patronage of our business.

High Payment of the Month
High payment honors go to Dawn, in our Adrian office. She collected
$4,200.00 for The Lenawee County Sheriff Department.. Congratulations
to Dawn for a job well done! Thanks to all our collectors for the work
they do!
Yee Haw!
I had the pleasure of attending the Michigan Towing Association Rodeo
where the Beauty Contestants were not cows, horses and pigs
but great big beautiful tow trucks. I can tell you it took a lot of hard
work to pull this all together but worth every minute as fun was had by
all.
The Rodeo is a gathering of towers from all over the state (as well as
from other states), to learn, buy and compete in driving competitions.
There was a banquet on Saturday night with a magician, fantastic door
prizes (that was my job, to shop with other people's money and did I enjoy
that!!) and a live band. There are also a number of classes held so the
towers can increase their knowledge, which in turn keeps us all safer
on the road.
I was one of the vendors, there to sell our services and expertise. Our
booth contained a Harley Davidson motorcycle, which fit right in with
the miniature tow trucks and lock out tools. I got a chance to say hi
to many of our customers, talk to a number of potential new customers
and wipe up the drool of those just stopping to gaze at the Harley.
All in all, it was a great weekend spent with what most would call customers,
but I have come to consider as my friends.
Thanks to all the towers for allowing us to be a part of the Rodeo and
for all you do to help others in need.
