NON-TRADITIONAL MORTGAGE CREDIT REPORT
Occasionally you have a client that has little or no credit established. In this case you can order a non-traditional mortgage credit report. As a lender you will provide account numbers and contact information from various utility companies, current landlord, etc.. We will then call to verify payment history and other pertinent facts on your client and build a credit report that can be used in the industry.
PUBLIC RECORD BULLETIN
Excellent tool to track competitors, solicit new clients, and locate existing clients. The bulletin contains the following information: civil judgments, divorces granted and filed, chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy filed and discharged, recording of deed or mortgage, deaths, financing statements, federal and state tax liens paid and placed, and assumed names and co-partnerships.
